How WITs works

One platform, two sides: companies that need fast on-site injury response, and certified technicians ready to deliver it.

For companies

From incident to closed report

  1. 1
    Onboard in an afternoon

Create your company account, add your sites and supervisors, and save a card on file.

  2. 2
    Request from the app

When someone is hurt, they (or a supervisor) open the app and answer a short triage screen. Any red-flag answer routes straight to 911 — WITs is for first-aid-level cases only.

  3. 3
    Nearest WIT dispatched

The closest on-duty certified technician within 25 miles accepts the call. Your employee tracks them live with an ETA.

  4. 4
    Approve & done

The technician treats on site and files a signed aftercare report. One tap approves it and charges your card the flat per-dispatch rate — no surprise bills.

For technicians

From application to payout

  1. 1
    Apply & get approved

Submit your EMT or first aid certification, driver's license, and proof of insurance. We verify and activate your account.

  2. 2
    Go on duty

Toggle on duty whenever you want to work. Nearby workplace first-aid calls appear in your queue — accept the ones you want.

  3. 3
    Treat & report

Deliver first aid on site, then complete the guided aftercare report with the built-in clinical pickers and signature capture.

  4. 4
    Get paid via Stripe

Once the company approves the report, your share is paid out to your bank through Stripe. Fixed pay per consultation.
